Our menu has been designed to offer delicious and nutritious dishes, combining local produce with global cuisine. It can be easily adapted to vegan and gluten-free requirements.
Farm to table

Our food forests and gardens are designed to mimic natural ecosystems. We grow a variety of organic herbs and vegetables. Our fruit forest produces cacao, avocados, coconuts, mangos, and a wide variety of Colombian fruits. All produce is harvested daily and used in our kitchen and bar.
Local origin

We strive to be self-sufficient in our mountain community. What we don’t produce ourselves arrives by mule from farmers and a nearby Kogi village . The rest of the vegetables come from our local fruit and vegetable supplier.
DRINKS
In our beautiful bar made from handmade clay bricks we offer a fully stocked menu ranging from smoothies to probiotic drinks to cocktails. We process our own home-grown cacao which we convert into delicious drinks to be enjoyed hot or cold. We make tea infusions from our herb garden and use our turmeric & ginger to make health shots.
